"A teenager brought these to a band party at my house, and everyone loved them. I couldn't let her leave without the recipe. These are SO much better than plain chocolate dipped pretzels."

  1. I forgot to put milk in with the caramels and they got very hard (just the caramel part), but was still very good (just took a little work to chew). I also substituted peanut butter chips for the white chocolate and it was terrific! I'll definitely be making these again! Thanks!

  2. PAC 2009: Made for our school bake sale - they were a hit!! Thank you!

  3. I made these last year for Christmas and found them to be the easiest part of my baking frenzy. I garnished them with nuts or sprinkles. They disappeared faster than any of the other treats I brought for our family get-together. I am going to make these again this year to give away.

  4. These are quick, easy and delicious. Instead of chocolate chips, I used half of a white almond bark pkg and about 2 squares of chocolate almond bark. I added holiday sprinkles. Really look pretty on the Christmas dessert tray. Thanks for the recipe.

I'm a stay-at-home mom, school volunteer, church volunteer, etc., and I live in Middle Tennessee. I like to read, visit the mountains, crochet, cook, etc. My favorite cookbook at this time is Recipe Hall of Fame Quick & Easy Cookbook. My passions are raising children with good moral character, being a good Christian, and food! My pet peeves are recipe instructions that leave out what to do with one of the ingredients, and people who won't put their shopping carts in the cart corrals! I have twin daughters who are in their second year of college and a son who is 16. My girls' college is close enough that I can come by every couple of weeks or so. When I tell them I'm coming, they ask Are you bearing baked goods?. Usually, I am, to the excitement of their suitemates!
