First the rating; this turned out to be one of the best tasting dessert dishes I ever made. Next, a confession; I used canned cherry pie filling. Nonetheless, your topping with the fresh peaches, simply amazing!
I am giving it two stars because I haven't made it yet but it sounds so yummy. I want to know if you use sweet Bing cherries or tart cherries in this recipe? Any ideas? Now it is two weeks later and I made it and changed my rating to 5 stars. I did use tart cherries because that is what I had so I doubled the sugar ( the peaches were from a friend's tree and were a little tart also) It was fabulous. I am thinking I might make this all winter using frozen fruit. the
