- 255.14 g package dark chocolate chips
- 118.29 ml miniature marshmallow
- 118.29 ml honey graham crackers, coarsely crushed (about 2 crackers)
directions
- Microwave chocolate in medium microwavable bowl on HIGH for 2 minutes or until mostly melted, stirring after 1 minute. Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
- Spread half of the chocolate onto a baking sheet covered in wax paper.
- Add toppings.
- Drizzle evenly with remaining chocolate.
- Refrigerate 1-1/2 hours or until firm.
- Break into pieces.
- Store in tightly covered container in the fridge.

This is a great way to make this treat! We've done a similar recipe, but used Teddy Graham snack cookies/crackers to dress it up. Still tastes like it, though...and so much easier. Plus, you only get a little taste at a time. As a Girl Scout leader for 8+ years, a little S'mores goes a long way now! Thanks for the post.
