Nice but it thickened very quickly

Delicious, and easy. I used frozen raspberries and elected not to strain it, since I like the chunks in there. Thanks so much for sharing!

Great flavor. I used frozen raspberries. It was nice and tart while still being sweet enough. Served with chocolate filled puff pastries. Thank you.

This sauce was FANTASTIC. And so easy to make. I made a reduction with it, and drizzled it over Everyday Living Lemon Squares (#117636). Thanks for sharing this sauce recipe.

I made this using frozen raspberries and the results were great. Last night I served this on chocolate cake. This morning the left overs are going on pancakes. What a great and versitile sauce.

I liked this recipe because made a nice, smooths sauce and it wasn't too sweet. I halved the recipe and used frozen raspberries. I included the brandy, but I couldn't taste it--I'll add more next time. I had some raspberries left over and I tossed them in after the sauce was made. I drizzled this on top of Flourless Chocolate Cake (#13242).

Easy and delicious. I used a combination of frozen blueberries and frozen raspberries. I'm glad I included the brandy. Thanks for posting.

I made this raspberry sauce to go with a NY style cheesecake. It was fantastic!!! I did cut the sugar down to 1/2 cup--this allowed for sweetness and we were able to taste the raspberries. I did add the brandy--this is a must have for this recipe. Really adds to the flavor depth. Thanks for sharing this recipe! We will make this again :)

Excellent! I made without the brandy and it was amazing. I used it to top a New York Cheesecake I found on RecipeZaar (New York Cheesecake) and the combo was divine!

I served this lovely raspberry sauce over cheesecake and my guests thorougly enjoyed it. I used frozen raspberries and omitted the brandy (although I will try it with the brandy the next time). Very nice, Uncle Bill. Thanks for sharing.

A wonderfully flavorful sauce. I did add a touch more sugar, my raspberries were just not as sweet as usual this year. Yes I did dash out to get the brandy! Spooned over Cool Monday's chocolate glazed Chocolate Bundt made for an absolutely fabulous weekend dessert. Thank you for sharing.

This is an excellent simple recipe which I used as a topping for #63073. Perfect. I did use icing/confectioner's sugar as we did not have caster sugar available.
