  • Choose the ripest red raspberries.
  • Beat cream until stiff.
  • Gradually add sugar and Kirsch.
  • Lightly fold in the berries.
  • Spoon into tall stemmed glasses and chill.

  1. Oh my this was wonderful, I used raspberries, blueberries and strawberries out of my garden and Grand Marnier as I had no kirsch. It was sooooo good and disappeared in record time. I can't wait to go out and by the kirsch to give that a try next. Everyone really loved it.

  3. Easy to make dessert and elegant looking too. I did not have kirsch so I used Grand Marnier liquor. I may also try Chambord liquor the next time which should really bring out the flavor of the rasperries. Thanks for posting a great dessert recipe.
