Delicious! Dessert last night. I added some orange juice for the kids' version, but made the recipe as written for DH and myself. Refreshing and tasty.
Made for ZWT -- This made a lovely dinner (yup, I was a bad girl and passed on "real food" for this treat lol). I used Mango Fruja for the liqueur, French vanilla Edy's Slow-Churned for the ice cream, and one of my majorly-piled-up champagne mangoes (I snap them up whenever I find them, no matter how many I already have at home). DH thought I was nuts (he's not a sweets-eater like I am), but I don't care -- I liked it, and I'll probably do it again soon. Thanks for posting! :)
Very good, very refreshing! I loved it, as did my husband. It was a great follow up to dinner when we wanted a light dessert. Thanks for sharing this!
