I doubled this recipe to serve 2 of us, used Medjool dates & topped it all off with some homemade fudge sauce (yeah, I know, NOT low in sugar!), & we had A WONDERFUL DESSERT TREAT, thanks to your keeper of a recipe! Just one more nice way to serve up dates! [Tagged, made & reviewed for one of my adoptees in the current Pick A Chef]

What's your favorite cookbook?
-
"The Complete Vegan Cookbook"
Every dish I make out of it turns out to be a knock-out! Even when I'm skeptical about certain ingredients.
But still, I can't understand how they can call it the "complete" vegan cookbook with no hummus recipes.
