I made this from the book, and the topping wasn't as crispy as I'd hoped, however I used All-Bran since I couldn't find Fiber One original cereal. But overall, this was REALLY good. An indulgence rarely allowed when on a diet!

Made this tonight instead of apple pie. Didn't care too much for the crust - I followed someone's suggestion and used 1 cup Fiber One and 4 graham crackers. Next time I'll follow the recipe for the crust. The filling was fantastic, although the apples were still crunchy. Next time I'll cook them longer on the stove. If my next attempt is better, I'll update this comment and rating.

Yum! Perfect healthy dessert, served it with Breyers Fat Free Vanilla - equally as satisfying as the full fat versions.

Yummy! I used one cup of fiber one, and 4 sheets of graham crackers, and I loved it! Will be making again. I cooked mine in a 2 qt. dish.
