So very good. Left out the rum, do to personal preferences. Made for ZWTIII.

Loved it, liked it... an easy recipe where the flavours and the freah pineapple went wonderfuly together. However my thoughts on the same mix and the bananas were quite different... I liked them a whole lot less and was dissapointed that they weren't ( for me at least) as good as the pineapple. Still I had the pineapple as compensation. It was delicious and I was left wishing that there had been more. Please see my rating system: 4 excellent stars for the pineapple and I will be very happy indeed to make this again. Thanks!

Yummy! I did make ours alcohol free by subbing a little vanilla paste for the rum which was a beautiful addition of flavouring. I used sweet butter (unsalted), Mixed Spice - Traditional Old Fashioned English Pudding Spice, not very ripe bananas, plus the rest as written.

This recipe is simple and good. I cooked it on a flat grill pan on top of the range. I also used coconut rum and pumpkin pie spice and we ate it plain with just a little shredded coconut on it. Yum! Next time I think I will try some whipping cream.

Mmmmmm...I wanted to grill some bananas with dinner tonight so I used this as reference. I didn't actually measure anything and I wasn't sure what mixed spice was. I used pumpkin pie spice. I also used rum liquer instead of regular rum. I think they sell that here...we bought it in Jamaica on vacation. Anyway, the bananas were delicious. I just served it as a side the the fish we were eating tonight.

Quite wonderful and so easy to make. The honey/rum glaze is lovely on the fruit. We kept this 'healthy' by eating as is - no icecream or cream. I would imagine it would be completely over the top served with the icecream!

This is truly outstanding! I sauteed the pineapples in the sauce and added the banana at the last few second, just to coat. YUM, the hot sauce hit that ice cream and it had a melt-down..suggest having your ice cream dished and kept in th freezer until ready to serve. Thanks for posting this delight!

Very good. The bananas weren`t that ripe so I can`t lower my rating because I wasn`t crazy over them. I cut the pineapples into circles because less chance of them falling into the fire. And the core was good enough to eat so no pineapple to discarded. Grilled pineapples are the best.
