This is Great! I had just jotted down the directions, and failed to completely melt the white sugar, so the finished product had sugar crystal balls in it. I simply strained it though a mesh strainer. It was wonderful. I'll definitely make it many more times. Excellent Caramel Sauce! I made this to serve over ice cream, but now that I taste this wonderful concoction, I can think of many more ways to use it : ) I did have to heat again to incorporate the remaining ingredients, but when thoroughly combined the sauce is very rich and very gooey! I will be making this often, especially when making homemade ice cream this summer! Thanks, Catfish for sharing this wonderful sauce with us!people found this review Helpful.
