- 1419.54 ml fresh fruit, peeled, cut into bite-size pieces (use strawberries, kiwi, pineapple, honeydew and or cantaloupe)
- 6-8 wooden skewers

Poppyseed Dip
- 118.29 ml vanilla yogurt
- 14.79 ml honey
- 9.85 ml lime juice
- 2.46 ml vanilla extract
- 2.46 ml poppy seed
directions
- Arrange fruit cubes and slices alternately on skewers.
- For Poppyseed Dip, stir together remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Serve dip alongside fruit kabobs.
