Last night I had a three course meal dinner party, and I have to say that your desert was everyone's favorite course. They all wanted a recipe, and were yelling at me when I was going to throw out one leftover piece of fruit, lol. This one is a keeper!

A nice sweet dessert without any guilt. I used fat free vanilla yogurt and it worked well. I skewered chunks of pineapple and canteloupe. It's quite kid-friendly. Thanx for a cool healthy dessert!
