I mocha-nized this recipe by substituting cold coffee for the milk. I used cashews for my nuts because that's what I had on hand. Instead of melting the milk and butter on the stove top, I simply nuked it in the microwave for 1 min. Only difference for next time (yes, there will be a next time) will be to increase the amount of cinnamon and replace the vanilla extract with coffee extract (I didn't have any for this time), just to kick up the flavour. Hazelnuts would also be unbelievably good in this recipe. I can't believe how easy this recipe is!!! As for the taste, I just put it in the fridge, but even warm it's very yummy (reminds me of frosting).

Love the little kick from the cinnamon! I made 8 different types of fudge this Christmas and DH declared this was one of the top 3. It was great with chopped pecans and I bet it would also be good with almonds or cashews.

So far so good... I only tasted it out of the bowl before I chilled it (it's still in the fridge. The only modifications I made were no nuts (cause I wanted a smooth fudge) and added 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper...so gooood. Can't wait to eat it!

This is the best fudge recipe I've ever tried and it's also best fudge I've ever tasted. It mixes easily, sets quickly, and the cinnamon gives it that little extra something special. The only alteration I made was I used a heaping 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, I omitted the nuts because I didn't have any on hand. Thank you so much for posting this recipe. I will be making this fudge for years to come.

This is a very very convenient fudge to prepare considering the time factor that tends to become a constraint once in a while. I made this y'day afternoon and served it today afternoon. My dad loved it and thanked you from the bottom of his heart for it. Thanks so much for posting!
