Coffee Kahlua Punch

"Okay, so it's not low-fat! Serve this for showers, girls night in, wherever and whenever you can find a reason to make a batch, please do, your family and friends will love you for it."

• Serves: 18

ingredients

• 1892.5 ml good vanilla ice cream, in chunks
• 946.0 ml cold strong coffee
• 946.0 ml whole milk
• 473.19 ml half-and-half
• 425.24 g can chocolate syrup
• 709.78 ml whipping cream, whipped
• 354.88-473.18 ml Kahlua (optional)

directions

1. Mix everything except for Kahlua in large punch bowl.
2. After stirring for several minutes, you may add the Kahlua if you like.

My fiance and I made this punch for a party last week. I was delicious, but I would also probably add more Kahlua more more 'kick' :) We also put some whip and chocolate shavings on it to embellish. Thanks for sharing; it was yummy!

Truly a decadent treat. We loved this tasty coffee punch. I also took Starrynews idea and used homemade chocolate sauce and garnished with whipped cream and coffee sugar. Made for Comfort Cafe - Chalet 01/10 :)

Wow!!! What a punch! (: This drink is just fabulous. I can't tell you how decadent it is... I could drink this every day for the rest of my life and never get tired of it. My daughter decided to add an extra dollop of ice cream and more chocolate syrup at the end...great idea that was! Thanks to my PAC 2007 baby, Autism Mommy, for another winning recipe. It went right into my drinks cookbook. (:
