  1. This is very very good!! We always have this during holidays! For the missing steps: Beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar till smooth; fold in 1 cup cool whip. Spread over crust. Whisk milk and pudding mixes for 2 minutes; let sit 2 minutes to set. Spread over cream cheese.

  2. I gave this 5 stars. I had this recipe at a family gathering. This was so yummy. I loved the crust it was the best part as I thought it was like a shortbread cookie. I've been told this is great with chocolate pudding and I've had it with lemon and it's so yummy! I will make this myself for sure. Thank you so much for posting a great recipe. 3. So very good - and sweet! Made it for dh's b-day. Everyone loved it and I might not have to make a 'real' b-day cake!!!

  4. Grandma is right - this is sinfully good! I made this for my mom's birthday dinner (she loves coconut!) and it was a huge hit with everyone. The only problem - the directions are missing between 4 and 5. Here, I mixed the pudding mixes with the milk and since I had purchased 2- 8 oz. tubs of Cool Whip, I mixed one of those in also. That's the layer that I spread over the powdered sugar/cream cheese and oh, was it good! The other tub of Cool Whip was used as topping, along with the toasted coconut. We will definetly make it again and again! Thanks for sharing!

  5. This is requested frequently by my husband. And when I was still working it was a very popular staff treat. It is a wonderful dessert-tastes great and is attractive.
