  • Mix first three ingredients.
  • In a 9x11 glass baking dish place half of the cream cheese mixture, sprinkle the crumbled angel food cake over it then the other half of the cream cheese mixture.
  • Top with cherry pie filling.
  • Chill!

  1. This was delicious! I made my own angel food cake, and used real whipped cream. Okay, I caved and bought some canned cherry pie filling. If you have all the ingredients at hand you can put this together in minutes. I'm going to be making this A LOT!!!!!

I live in Omaha NE and am an audiologist at Boys Town National Research Hospital. I love to cook, as does my husband Michael. In the summer, we have a large garden and try to use alot of fresh fruits/veggies in our cooking. We have a 5 year old daughter, Kate and almost 2 year old son Sam and enjoy introducing them to new foods. One of their favorites is fresh pesto smeared on crackers!
