We don't eat this during Pesach, BUT here's a hint: try it during the year with Graham Wafers. Just spread them out on the lined baking sheet and do the rest exactly as you do with matzohs. Mmmm... luscious.

I have had this in my cookbook for quite a while, I finally got around to making it today. Today was a practice try so if it was good, I can bring it to the childrens seder at our Temple for Passover. Wow...it was good, now I can see why you make it year round. I didnt have any cnocolate on hand, so I just made it without, still was very good and very caramelly (if thats a word)...
