I was wanting to use up some apples before they went bad.So a search was done and this recipe is the one that I decided to try.Instead of messing up another dish to melt the margarine, I preheated the oven to 400 degrees and melted it in the baking dish. While the margarine was melting, the first five ingredients were mixed together and the apples were peeled and sliced. After the margarine was cooled I added it to the oatmeal mixture. Then half of the apples were added to the dish, sprinkled with half of the oatmeal topping, repeated with the remaining apples and oatmeal.Baked for 25 minutes and it came out just fine. For that bit of " something extra" we had it topped with a bit of cool-whip.This was so easy to make, and it was even easier to eat. This will be made again. Thanks for posting and, "Keep Smiling :)"
