This was soo good! I made a GF (gluten-free) version using Schar "Mehl Glutenfrei", and it was very very good. No GF flavour at all! I omitted the lemon peel because I didn't have any, but used lemon juice and it tasted fine. It took the whole 55 min to bake.

This was a really yummy quick dessert. I used frozen blueberry, next time I'll try a mix. Thanks

Really good. I used frozen blueberries, raspberries and strawberries in equal portions. Still so good with this change.

This is delicious! I made it yesterday for Sunday lunch. My husband thought it had too much lemon flavor so I'll cut back on the lemon rind next time. I had some blueberries in the freezer that a friend had given me from her bushes. I made it exactly as posted. Thanks.

This is a serious blueberry treat! Delicious alone or with a little vanilla ice cream. Thanks for posting.

Reminds me of a bread pudding only with blueberrys.Excelent blueberry flavor. I did mix it with the mixer and did not have to bake it 55 min, only 35. This has more blueberry flavor than muffins, and is very easy to make.
