My husband loves cheesecake and I wanted to make him a special dessert for our anniversary. I didn't have a lot of time that day so this recipe was perfect! It was delicious and looked like I spent way more time making it than I did. I followed the recipe exactly. The only thing I'd consider changing for next time is that I might make the cheesecake layer a little thicker by making it in a 11X7 pan instead of a 8X13.
I tried this for our Thanksgiving dessert and it was delicious!! I used the recipe as it read and it was perfect.
this is delicious, i made this exactly as written and would not change a thing
A delicious blueberry dessert. Easy and quick to prepare. I did reduce the sugar in the crust to 1/4 cup, otherwise made as written. Thanks for sharing!
This recipe I also had for years but had misplaced it. I knew if I checked on ZAAR I could find it it easily.. Very simple recipe and sooooo good. I only made one change to it. My former recipe uses graham cracker crumbs, so I used 2 cups of crumbs, 1 stick melted butter and about 4 Tbsp. of sugar. Make this and you will keep it handy for all your family desserts! It is Delish!!!
I made this recently for a dinner party. One of my guests said it was so good he wanted to lick his plate ! All the goodness of cheesecake, but much simpler to make
We enjoyed this dessert very much. We especially liked that it wasn't as filling as a regular cheesecake. I used low fat cream cheese and it worked great. This is a very easy dessert to make ~ thank you for posting!
