This was soooo good, one would never know it has virtue. Decided to take the chef up on the idea that this would work with any berry and decided to make mine with the last of the strawberries frozen late last summer. Did a small batch in little food chopper which had the advantage of letting me place the entire bowl in the freezer between whirls. I really liked the tart flavor introduced by the yogurt and used Stevia instead of brown sugar to keep this consistent with the WW Core list. Though I do have an frozen yogurt maker, I don't use it as much as I like since it makes larger batches than a solo chef might like and clearing space to freeze the container can be a chore. This solves both issues and offers a wonderful treat. Thanks Rita!

I used prefrozen bananas (mashed and frozen in ice cube trays) and frozen raspberries. I was short of yogurt, so I used about 1/2 C sour cream too. Used the lime juice. It comes out almost like soft serve and has a nice taste. I pureed it in the blender first. Might try fresh bananas to see if that firms up the final product. Nice, healthy alternative to ice cream. Wonder how you would do this with chocolate!

A nice frozen fruit treat. For me, 2 cups of banana was 5 bananas. I used frozen blueberries and found that it worked just fine. It was sweeter then I thought it would be, but still had the bite of the plain yogurt. I think I would like it a bit more with fat free vanilla yogurt as the base. Thanks for a good solid, relatively healthy, frozen dessert Rita!
