Balsamic Strawberries

ingredients
- 946.38 ml of fresh strawberries
- 36.97 ml balsamic vinegar
- 14.79 ml sugar
directions
- cut strawberries anyway you like. Toss with the vinegar and sugar and set aside at room temperature for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Can add a little pepper if you like. I also let soak in refrigerator if I want cold berries.

Loved this! I too replaced the sugar with the same amount of Splenda. My boys thought the vinegar was too strong, but they're not balsamic lovers anyway. So they don't count. ;) I added a bit of black pepper and was pleasantly surprised with the added dimension. Thanks for posting, mamadeedee!
