      What a surprise! It's very good, similar to a spice carrot cake. I used homemade baked beans and had to pick-out the kielbasa and bacon first. I used golden raisins and pecans/walnuts. It was baked in a bundt pan. The frosting is a cinnamon-scented butter frosting with chopped nuts sprinkled on top. I took some to work and to my huge surprise, everyone liked it and one person even asked for the recipe! This cake proves you don't know what something will taste like judging by the ingredients! Very interesting recipe...
