    Valeria's Note:

This recipe is from a cookbook I picked up at an apple orchard. Since I picked a variety of baking apples, so I was able to combine some different kinds to get a delicious result.

Yummy!! This recipe goes together very quickly and easily, and bakes up with a lightly sweet biscuit-like crust. I baked this for 55 minutes and the apples got a little mushy. Next time, I will only bake for 45 minutes and they should be perfect. I didn't have any half & half, so I poured whipping cream over it, yuumm!! My family devoured this and gave it 2 big thumbs up. Thank you for sharing this wonderful, easy is definitely a keeper!!
